1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using any part of the Vextor Capital Service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Risk Disclosure Statement.
Your acceptance includes any future amendments to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where feasible, provide notice through the Service or via email if you have registered an account. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity (“Entity”), you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that Entity to these Terms, that the Entity agrees to these Terms, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the Entity. In such cases, “you” and “your” shall refer to that Entity.
If you do not accept these Terms, or if you lack the authority to accept on behalf of your organization, you are not authorized to access or use the Service. Vextor Capital reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason consistent with applicable law.
2. Description of Service

Real-time and historical price data for equities, cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange rates, commodities, ETFs, and fixed income instruments sourced from licensed third-party data providers.
Editorial commentary, market overviews, asset profiles, technical data summaries, and educational explanations of financial instruments and concepts.

Financial news headlines and summaries aggregated from third-party media sources and news services. Vextor Capital is not the original publisher of aggregated news content.
Detailed informational pages for individual stocks, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, and other financial instruments including fundamental data, historical performance, and market statistics.
Articles, guides, glossary definitions, and learning resources explaining financial markets, investment concepts, economic principles, and trading terminology.
The Service is designed to help users understand financial markets, track asset prices, and develop financial literacy. Vextor Capital is explicitly and solely an information and educational platform. We do not:
- Execute trades, purchase, or sell securities, cryptocurrencies, or any other financial instrument on behalf of users
- Manage investment portfolios or hold client assets
- Provide personalized investment advice tailored to individual financial circumstances
- Operate as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, or any other regulated financial intermediary
- Guarantee any particular investment outcome or return
- Provide tax, legal, or accounting advice
3. Not Financial Advice — Critical Disclaimer
This section contains the most important legal limitation in these Terms. You must read, understand, and accept it as a condition of using Vextor Capital.
All content, data, tools, calculators, analysis, commentary, news, research, prices, charts, and other materials provided through Vextor Capital (collectively, “Content”) are provided strictly for general informational and educational purposes only. The Content does not constitute, and must not be interpreted as, any of the following:
- Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise trade any security, cryptocurrency, commodity, currency pair, ETF, bond, derivative, or other financial instrument
- Personalized financial planning advice
- Tax advice or tax planning recommendations
- Legal advice of any kind
- An offer, solicitation, or invitation to subscribe for, purchase, or sell any financial instrument
- A prediction, forecast, or guarantee regarding future market prices, returns, or performance
- A representation that any particular investment strategy is suitable for your personal situation
- An endorsement of any specific financial product, service, company, or investment fund
Financial markets are inherently unpredictable and involve substantial risk. Asset prices can fall as well as rise. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Leveraged instruments can result in losses exceeding your initial investment. The historical financial data displayed on Vextor Capital, including historical price returns and volatility statistics, does not guarantee or suggest that similar performance will occur in the future.
Before making any investment or financial decision, you should:
- Carefully consider your investment objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, and financial situation
- Conduct your own independent research and due diligence
- Seek personalized advice from a qualified, licensed financial advisor registered with the appropriate regulatory authority
- Review the prospectus or offering documents of any investment product before investing
- Understand that past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results
The financial content on Vextor Capital covers markets including equities, cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange, commodities, ETFs, and fixed income. These markets carry varying degrees of risk and regulatory protection. Cryptocurrency markets in particular are largely unregulated in many jurisdictions, highly volatile, and subject to manipulation, liquidity risk, and complete loss of value. Nothing on Vextor Capital should be construed as encouraging investment in any particular asset class.
4. Regulatory Status and Compliance
Vextor Capital is a financial media and information platform. It is important that users understand our regulatory status clearly:
| Regulatory Body | Jurisdiction | Vextor Capital Status |
|---|---|---|
| SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) | United States | Not registered — not an RIA, broker-dealer, or securities issuer |
| FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) | United States | Not a FINRA member — does not execute trades |
| CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission) | United States | Not registered — does not provide futures or derivatives advice |
| FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) | United Kingdom | Not FCA-authorized — not providing regulated financial services |
| ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority) | European Union | Not ESMA-supervised — media/information platform only |
| ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) | Australia | Not ASIC-licensed — no Australian financial services license |
Financial regulation exists to protect consumers. Because Vextor Capital is not a regulated financial services provider, users do not benefit from the investor protection mechanisms that apply to regulated entities. These protections can include segregation of client assets, compensation schemes, complaint resolution procedures, and suitability assessments before financial products are offered.
We strongly encourage users to verify the regulatory status of any financial product or service provider before investing. Useful regulatory resources include:
5. Data Accuracy, Limitations, and Sources
Vextor Capital sources market data from multiple third-party data providers. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure data quality, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any data displayed on the platform. Data is aggregated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or discrepancies.

Coverage: Global equity fundamentals, earnings, income statements, balance sheets, technical indicators
Limitation: Fundamental data is sourced from public filings and may lag actual reported figures by days to weeks

Known Data Limitations
- Market data on the free tier of our platform may be delayed by 15 minutes or more for U.S. equities. We do not currently offer guaranteed real-time data for all asset classes.
- Cryptocurrency prices are aggregated from multiple exchanges and represent a composite price. The price on any specific exchange at a given moment may differ materially from what is displayed.
- Historical performance data is adjusted for splits and dividends where data providers support this, but may not reflect all corporate actions accurately.
- News content is aggregated from third-party sources. Vextor Capital is not the original publisher and cannot verify the accuracy of third-party news content.
- Financial calculations performed by our tools use simplified models for illustrative purposes. They do not account for transaction costs, taxes, slippage, currency fluctuations, inflation, or other real-world factors that affect actual investment returns.
- Economic data from FRED and other macroeconomic sources is subject to revision. Initial releases of economic statistics are frequently revised as more complete data becomes available.
- Data may not be available during exchange maintenance windows, public holidays, or periods of technical disruption at our data providers.
- International market data coverage varies. Emerging market and small-cap securities may have limited or no coverage on our platform.
You acknowledge that relying on data from Vextor Capital for trading or investment decisions without independent verification is done entirely at your own risk. For critical financial decisions, always verify data through official exchange feeds, issuer filings on SEC EDGAR, or your regulated financial services provider.

Vextor Capital does not knowingly collect information from, or market the Service to, children under the age of 13. Vextor Capital does not represent that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Use of Vextor Capital data for commercial purposes, including but not limited to redistribution, republication in other products, or inclusion in financial services offerings, requires a separate commercial license. Contact us to discuss commercial data licensing arrangements.

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Informal Resolution First
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact Vextor Capital at vextorcapital@vextorcapital.com and describe your dispute in reasonable detail. You and Vextor Capital agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the notice is received. This informal resolution requirement is a prerequisite to initiating any arbitration or litigation.
Binding Arbitration
If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally within the 30-day period, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you and Vextor Capital agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service — including disputes about the validity, enforceability, applicability, or interpretation of this arbitration clause — shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration rather than in court, except as set forth below.
Arbitration means that you are waiving your right to a jury trial and to bring claims as part of a class action or representative action. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, subject to limited judicial review as provided by the applicable arbitration rules.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive your right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding against Vextor Capital.Unless both you and Vextor Capital agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following claims are excluded from the arbitration requirement and may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction: (a) claims to enforce intellectual property rights; (b) claims for injunctive or other equitable relief; and (c) claims that applicable law expressly requires to be resolved in court, including small claims court matters.
European Union Users
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the mandatory arbitration and class action waiver provisions above do not apply to you to the extent prohibited by EU consumer protection law. You retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
For users outside the European Union: to the extent that the arbitration clause does not apply or is found to be unenforceable, you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
For users in the European Union: you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence or in the courts of the jurisdiction where Vextor Capital's principal place of business is located. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
18. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection, use, and processing of personal information in connection with the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to such collection, use, and processing as described in those policies.
Vextor Capital complies with applicable data protection laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable privacy frameworks. Your rights under these laws, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, and data portability, are described in our Privacy Policy.
If you have questions or concerns about how we process your personal data, please contact us at vextorcapital@vextorcapital.com.
19. Modifications to Terms and Service
Vextor Capital reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice — which may include displaying a notice on the Service, sending an email to registered users, or other reasonable communication methods.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Vextor Capital also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may add new features, remove existing features, change our data providers, modify tool functionality, or make any other changes to the Service at our discretion. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any part thereof.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is always shown at the top of the page.
20. Termination and Suspension
Vextor Capital reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, without liability to you. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Conduct that we believe, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, us, our data providers, or third parties
- Any illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the Service
- Non-payment of any fees owed
- Technical, security, or legal reasons that make continued access inadvisable
- A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
Voluntary Termination: You may close your Vextor Capital account at any time by contacting us at vextorcapital@vextorcapital.com. Upon account closure, your right to access account-restricted features ceases. Content you have previously accessed through non-account features may remain accessible until we update it or cease publication.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including without limitation: Section 3 (Not Financial Advice), Section 9 (Intellectual Property), Section 13 (Disclaimer of Warranties), Section 14 (Limitation of Liability), Section 15 (Indemnification), Section 16 (Dispute Resolution), Section 17 (Governing Law), and Section 21 (Severability and Entire Agreement).
21. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if it cannot be so modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. In either case, the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified or replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most nearly reflects the intent of the original provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vextor Capital with respect to the Service. They supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, with respect to the Service.
No waiver by Vextor Capital of any breach or default by you of any provision in these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default, nor shall it constitute a waiver of the provision itself. A waiver is only effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Vextor Capital.
These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Vextor Capital. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without Vextor Capital's prior written consent. Vextor Capital may freely assign these Terms without restriction.
